Profile Overview: I worked
with Room 101 Limited, a company based in Putney, London.
I worked as a PERL Programmer and developed retail websites,
and content management systems. Apart from this, I worked
on a highly complex system, which is designed to provide confidential
and safe online mentoring to young people (including school
and university students).

Company Overview:
The company has been in existence since 1998, unaffected by
the IT downturn around 2001/2002. The focus of the work that
we do is bespoke website development, however, we have a secure
and reliable infrastructure in place with around a dozen servers
in London Docklands with Global Switch. This infrastructure
therefore enables us to also provide services to small or
medium size businesses for managing their emails. We have
a variety of other services, which include the distinct Authenticated
SMTP service, Fallback SMTP Service (MessageFlow), and much
more.
