Culinary Interests
Three words say it all: Food, wine and coffee.
I love freshly cooked food. My favourites are:
Indian Cuisine (the Great British curries)
European Continental Cuisine (chicken, meat and salads)
Chinese Cuisine (Noodles, noodles… and noodles! Plus soups and chicken in hot garlic sauce)
If accompanied with great wines, the above food is enjoyable:
Red Wines (Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon)
White Wines (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc)
Coffee:
The Italian Roast (then grinded for the cafetiere)
Also, coffee from sun-rich countries (India, Brazil)
And, coffee from Norway (Zoega)
